Ligna-Design are manufactured to comply with BS EN 1338 for Concrete Paving Blocks and are CE certified.

The dimensions comply with the specification and the variation is closely monitored and controlled. The water resistance is increased by the use of Aquafreni® that is an inert water resistant additive that forms part of the upper layer. The lower retention of water has the added advantage of reducing the potential for lime efflorescence.
